Concordia College is located in Moorhead, Minnesota, on the western edge of the state. Dates & Prices at Concordia College

Concordia operates on a semester calendar. The Fall Semester runs from late August through mid-December, and the Spring Semester from early January through early May, each lasting 16 weeks. Two summer terms are offered in May and June. International students are encouraged to begin in the Fall Semester, with limited Spring start options.

Scholarships and Loans for Studying in the USA

There are several ways to finance your studies in the USA, including scholarships, grants, and student loan programs. In many cases, these options can help cover tuition fees, living costs, insurance, and travel.

International Excellence – starting at $13,000/year (awarded automatically upon admission)

Concordia Interview Award – minimum $500/year

Talent Scholarships – $1,000–$4,000/year for music, theatre, speech & debate, and visual arts

Presidential Scholarship – $26,500/year

STEM Discovery – up to $6,500/year

All these scholarships are renewable annually for students maintaining satisfactory academic progress.

International students on F1 visas are permitted to work on campus 10–11 hours per week, earning approximately $3,600 per year. Ample campus job opportunities are available.

Housing at Concordia College

Concordia is a residential campus with six residence halls, several apartment options, and two townhouses. Students live on campus through their sophomore year, then may continue on-campus or move off-campus. Details and photos are available on the Residence Life webpages.

Apply to Concordia College

First-year international students must submit their high school transcripts or other academic documents. Students who have completed IB or AP exams may be eligible for college credit. Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency.
